10. Berlin Underground
Berlin’s three hidden museums, Berlin Story Museum, Berliner Unterwelten and Story of Berlin, are in different locations in the city. Find out whether they are in the former East or West Berlin and what part of Berlin’s history they highlight. Find out the approximate date of their opening and explain which of the three museums you prefer and why.
The two exhibits at the bunker, “Berlin Story” and “Hitler, How Could it Happen,” provide excellent summaries of Berlin and its Nazi history. Discuss the question the exhibit poses, “Hitler – how could it happen?” and reflect what you experienced and compile a summary of the sites you explored.
